Recurso de súplica interpuesto contra el Auto 420/16, mediante el cual se rechazó el recurso de revisión propuesto contra expresiones contenidas en la Sentencia C-278/14.
Básicamente el peticionario corrige su escrito inicial y en esta oportunidad lo que solicita es la nulidad de la precitada sentencia.
Considera la Corte que tanto la nulidad como la súplica formuladas se encaminan a plantear unos cargos de inconstitucionalidad frente al artículo 1781 del Código Civil, norma que ya fue objeto de pronunciamiento por parte de la Corporación.
Se RECHAZAN DE PLANO el recurso de súplica y la solicitud de nulidad presentadas.
